About us

We came from software.
We brought the habits.

A note from the founder

[September 2026]

For [ten] years I built software for other companies: online stores, apps and dashboards. The teams that grew fastest had one habit. They shipped small changes every week and measured every one.

The agencies they hired did the opposite. Big launches, monthly decks, and numbers that changed shape every time.

So we built a marketing team that works like a product team. Clear goals, weekly experiments and one honest report, every Monday.

01 — Our story

From shipping software to shipping campaigns.

How [ten] years of building software became the way we run your marketing. Four chapters, four habits.

  1. Two developers working on code at their monitors

Chapter 01 · The software years

    [Ten] years of shipping software.

At DeveloperLook we built online stores, apps and dashboards for other companies. Every change went in a log.

  2. A team reading a chart on a monitor together
    02Every change, measured
    Chapter 02 · The pattern

The fastest teams shipped every week.

Small changes, each one measured. Ideas waited on one board and the numbers set the order.

  3. A presenter on a big stage in front of a large audience
03The old way: one big launch
    Chapter 03 · The gap

    Their agencies did the opposite.

Big launches, monthly decks and numbers that changed shape. We test on a small slice first, so a bad idea costs a little.

  4. A team cheering at a result on a laptop

    Chapter 04 · Hypential

    So we built Hypential.

A marketing team that works like a product team: clear goals, weekly tests and one page every Monday on what shipped and what it did.

02 — Our standard

The rules we sign off on.

They open every proposal and every Monday report. If we break one, you hear it from us first.

WE SAY“CAC fell [18]% in [3] weeks. Here’s what we cut to get there.”
WE DON’T SAY“Revolutionary, data-driven growth solutions.”

Working standard

    CHECKED
  2. Test, then scaleSmall bets first. When a test wins, the budget follows it. When it loses, we cut it on Monday, not next quarter.
    CHECKED
  3. Plain and preciseNumbers with dates. No buzzwords and no vanity metrics. When we don’t know yet, we say so.
