In short
- Use every file on your own store and your clients’ stores, free.
- Edit, translate and rebrand them as you like. Credit is welcome, never required.
- Don’t sell or give away the files themselves, or close copies of them.
What this licence covers
Every file you download from the Hypential library: the PDFs, sheets, Markdown files and the ad layouts in the ZIP, and any updated versions. The files are made by [Legal entity name], trading as Hypential.
What you can do
- Use them on your own store or business
- Use them on work for clients, paid or unpaid
- Edit, cut, translate, rebrand and combine them
- Share them inside your team and with a client you work for
- Use the ad layouts in ads you run, including paid ads
Credit
Not required. If you’d like to credit us, “Template by Hypential” is perfect.
What isn’t allowed
- Selling the files, or edited versions where the file itself is what’s sold
- Giving them away publicly: on a marketplace, a template site, or in a course or bundle
- Saying you made them, or that anyone other than Hypential did
- Using them to build a library or service that competes with ours
What you make with them is yours. A finished ad, email, page or report built from one of our templates belongs to you or your client.
Photos in our previews
Some previews on our site show the templates filled in with stock photos. Those photos aren’t part of the downloads and aren’t covered by this licence.
No warranty
The files are free and come as they are. Examples, scores and dates in them are illustrations: check them against your own data, the laws in your market (for example consent rules for email and SMS) and each platform’s current policies. We aren’t liable for how you use them.
Changes
We may update this licence for future downloads. Files you’ve already downloaded stay under the licence that applied when you downloaded them.
