Four steps

How to use it.

  1. Delete the moments that don’t fit your products or markets.
  2. Confirm the dates marked “check”: lunar holidays and Prime Day move every year.
  3. Put each “start planning” date in your team calendar.
  4. Write the plan in the sheet, one line per moment, with an owner.
Why we made it

Most rushed campaigns were on the calendar all along. This sheet counts back from each date so the brief starts six weeks out, not six days.

We left out exact dates where nobody knows them yet: Eid and Diwali depend on the moon, Prime Day on Amazon. Those rows say so.
